Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At TechKalaA, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

1.1 Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We are unable to start your project within 48 hours of payment confirmation
  • We cancel the project due to technical limitations or resource unavailability
  • Duplicate payment made for the same service
  • Service not delivered as per the agreed timeline without valid reason

1.2 Partial Refund (50-75%)

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • Project is cancelled by you after work has commenced (refund amount depends on work completed)
  • Significant deviation from agreed requirements (subject to review)
  • Mutual agreement reached to discontinue the project

1.3 No Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Project has been completed and delivered as per agreed specifications
  • Refund request made after 14 days of project completion
  • Change of mind after project delivery
  • Issues arising from incorrect requirements provided by you
  • Free consultation or advice services
  • Downloadable digital products (placement materials, PDFs, guides) once accessed
  • Services already rendered (placement preparation sessions, mock interviews completed)

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order/transaction ID, payment details, and reason for refund
  3. Submit Evidence: If applicable, provide screenshots, communication records, or other supporting documents
  4. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. Receive Decision: You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request

3. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • UPI/Paytm/PhonePe: 2-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 7-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days

Note: Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Project Starts

You can cancel your order before we begin work on your project for a full refund (100%). Please notify us at least 24 hours before the project start time.

4.2 After Project Starts

If you wish to cancel after work has commenced:

  • 0-25% work completed: 75% refund
  • 26-50% work completed: 50% refund
  • 51-75% work completed: 25% refund
  • 76-100% work completed: No refund

4.3 Premium Materials & Digital Products

Once you have accessed or downloaded any digital product (placement materials, PDFs, study guides), no refund or cancellation is possible due to the nature of digital content.

Important Conditions

  • All refund requests must be made within 14 days of service delivery
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or unreasonable refund claims
  • Multiple cancellations may result in account suspension

5. Service-Specific Policies

5.1 Academic Projects

  • Refund available if we cannot deliver within agreed deadline
  • No refund after source code delivery and verification
  • Revisions included in price; additional changes may incur extra charges

5.2 Resume Building Services

  • Free revisions within 7 days of delivery
  • Refund available if completely unsatisfied (before final approval)
  • No refund after you approve the final version

5.3 Placement Preparation Materials

  • No refund once material is downloaded or accessed
  • Technical issues with access will be resolved or refunded
  • Sample content provided for preview before purchase

5.4 Mock Interviews & Mentorship Sessions

  • Full refund if session not conducted as scheduled
  • No refund after session completion
  • Rescheduling allowed once, free of charge

6. Force Majeure

TechKalaA will not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet/server outages
  • Acts of terrorism or war
  • Pandemic situations

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide an alternative solution. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern regarding a refund decision:

  1. Contact our customer support team with detailed information
  2. We will re-review your case within 5 business days
  3. If still unsatisfied, you may escalate to a senior manager
  4. All decisions made by senior management are final
