Candidates must satisfy the following academic and branch eligibility criteria to be considered for KPIT Associate Engineer selection:

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA throughout academics (10th, 12th/Diploma, and current UG/PG degree without active backlogs).
- Strong fundamentals in C / C++ / Embedded C / Java / Python and Data Structures.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), OS fundamentals, and Computer Architecture.
- Knowledge of microcontroller basics, automotive electronics, or electronics circuitry is an added bonus for core & circuit streams.
- Good communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
