🎯 Role Overview

Deliver benchmark-quality software and customer delight across optical and routing portfolios. Own automation-first validation and debugging for complex network scenarios while collaborating across global teams.

Work mode: Hybrid (Bangalore). Category: Product & Engineering.

📝 Responsibilities

Deliver software with benchmark quality and faster customer adoption.
Debug complex IOS-XR and network issues; define durable fixes.
Design Python automation test plans for new features, solution/system tests.
Build analytics/automation derived from customer use cases and deployments.
Enable continuous improvement, scientific and data-driven testing.
Collaborate across geographies with direct customer interfacing.

✅ Who You Are

Optical technologies expertise (DWDM, ROADM, line systems) is a must.
Strong Python automation and test tooling experience; algorithmic thinking.
System/solution/end-to-end testing; grey-box mindset for IOS-XR.
Familiarity with traffic generators (Viavi, Agilent, Spirent, IXIA).
BS/MS in EE/CS with 1-3 years relevant experience.
CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/JCNA/JCIE are a plus.
Strong communication, accountability, and stakeholder management.
Comfort with Linux, modern debugging tools, and solid software design.
