Assessment Process Overview
Understanding the complete Capgemini assessment structure
Important Note
As mentioned in the previous email, some key changes in the assessment pattern include a change in order of the Communication Round and a mandatory Coding round inclusion.
English Assessment
Focus: The English/Communication module assessing listening, speaking, reading and writing is the first round of the assessment which will be virtual in nature.
Technical Assessment
Components: Technical assessment consists of data structures, algorithms, fundamentals of database, cloud, networking. For core streams, technical assessment would comprise of stream specific topics.
Coding Assessment Module
Details: The Coding Assessment Module includes questions or scenarios for coding with options in either C, C++ and Java languages. Candidates can choose the language of choice for coding.
Cognitive Assessment
Approach: Cognitive Assessment includes a game-based approach to assess various competencies like logical thinking, decision making, problem solving to name a few.
Adept Essentials: A behavioural insight module designed to provide critical traits analysis.
Interview
Final Step: Students who clear all the rounds will be invited for a technical round of interviews.
Elimination Process
Candidate assessment clearance depends on the scores of each module. Each round will be a mandatory, elimination round.
